Over 100 years old and survived F5 Tornado May 4, 2007

and she finds new ones all the time.
And dirt coming in, probably from when the house was originally built or from the dust bowl of the dirty 30's.
Damage is a huge hidden tornado cost...
especially since originally, the insurance agent said $700 for this repair...HA!
That was before it showed up.
